What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at kristin@twofourteen.ca. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 3, 4025 Glacier Ave South, Lethbridge, AB, T1K 3P2. Items can be mailed or dropped off however shipping costs are at your own expense.

Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on all customized items as well as any gift crards purchased.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
